• Manufacturing processes and material characteristics.

03 Customised Wallcoverings and Design Approvals

ANB Decor may offer customised wallcoverings developed according to project requirements, design references, dimensions, colour palettes and other specifications provided by the client.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork, dimensions, colour references, pattern repeats, quantities and other relevant specifications before production begins.

Once production has commenced based on approved specifications, changes may result in additional costs, revised timelines or the need for a new order.

Any change requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing.

04 Quotations and Pricing

All quotations issued by ANB Decor are subject to the validity period, specifications, quantities, commercial terms and other conditions stated in the respective quotation.

• Prices may vary depending on material selection, customisation, quantity, shipping, installation and other project requirements.
• Applicable taxes, transportation, installation, surface preparation and additional services will be charged as specified in the quotation.
• Website content and indicative product information do not constitute a binding quotation.
• Final pricing and commercial commitments will be governed by the written quotation accepted by the client.

Any revisions to scope, specifications or quantities may require a revised quotation.

05 Order Confirmation and Payment

Orders will be processed in accordance with the mutually agreed commercial terms and the applicable purchase order, quotation or proforma invoice.

Production may commence upon receipt of the required approvals, purchase order, advance payment or other agreed authorisations.

Where payment or purchase order documentation is pending, any permission to commence production must be expressly confirmed by the authorised parties in writing.

Payment schedules, advance payments, outstanding balances and other financial obligations will be governed by the terms agreed for the specific transaction.

06 Production and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines communicated by ANB Decor are estimates unless a specific commitment has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Timelines may depend on material availability, customisation, overseas sourcing, manufacturing schedules, shipping, customs clearance, transportation and site readiness.

ANB Decor will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and communicate material delays when reasonably practicable.

Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any revised schedule will be communicated to the client as appropriate.

07 Inspection and Installation

Clients are advised to inspect delivered materials promptly and before installation.

Any visible damage, shortage, incorrect material or apparent manufacturing defect should be reported to ANB Decor in writing, with relevant photographs and supporting details, as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where installation is undertaken by ANB Decor, the scope, charges, site requirements and responsibilities will be specified in the relevant quotation or work order.

Where installation is undertaken by a third party, the installer is responsible for appropriate handling and installation practices, subject to the applicable product instructions and agreed responsibilities.

Wall preparation, moisture control, surface suitability and site conditions should be assessed before installation. Issues arising from unsuitable surfaces, seepage, dampness, improper handling or installation contrary to the applicable instructions may affect product performance.

08 Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders involving customised or made-to-order wallcoverings require specific production planning and material procurement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed according to the production status, procurement commitments and commercial terms agreed for the order.

Where production or procurement has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible without costs or other consequences as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Returns, replacements or refunds for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming materials will be assessed based on the facts of the case and the applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Change-of-mind requests, unused materials and surplus quantities will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and law.

09 Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, photographs, product images, designs, graphics, catalogues, logos, branding, layouts and other creative material, is owned by ANB Decor or used with appropriate authorisation, unless otherwise stated.
